With that being said, while they make sure life continues on FLAWLESSLY, women’s health + fitness can sometimes fail to be in the top 5 of the to-do list. Chase your kids, even MORE than you already do! Kids LOVE to play AND spend time with their mamas. Engage in a game of tag, hide-and-go-seek, or any activity with your kids! Running and laughing with get your heart rate and endorphins following! ALL THE HAPPY FEELS.
