Mothers, sisters, daughters, wives, and friends. Nurturers, cheerleaders, masterminds, and MORE. Women are in league their of their own (tell us something we don’t already know ?). With that being said, while they make sure life continues on FLAWLESSLY, women’s health + fitness can sometimes fail to be in the top 5 of the to-do list. Do a group fitness class with all your gal pals! Group fitness classes motivate and hold you accountable, but also help you pursue better. Group fitness classes can also give you the proper form, so when you’re ready to STEP UP your exercise, you’ll be more than able.

Play like a kid

Chase your kids, even MORE than you already do! Kids LOVE to play AND spend time with their mamas. Engage in a game of tag, hide-and-go-seek, or any activity with your kids! Running and laughing with get your heart rate and endorphins following! ALL THE HAPPY FEELS.
